I just finished a quilt for our guest room. I just love all the shoes!! I used 36 of the 58 shoes I have sewn out in this quilt. It makes the room so cheerful and goes with my tea kettle on the fireplace!!

Sally King Handbag by Jan

Too often we put things in the center and don’t think of the possibilities beyond that. Jan did a great job creating this handbag setting off the shoe both with the print border and the black.

Genene has loved Sally King’s designs right from the beginning and has done most of them!

The first is BFC1065 Sally King’s Leaf Fairy – 2 Versions. Genene used a pretty green batik for thefirst one and added Embroidery Gliter for the second one.

Sally’s Cupcakes are really fun designs to use. They of course work for birthdays, but try adding them an apron and other kitchen linens for a bright fun kitchen atmosphere.
