Genene always does beautiful work!

BFC Creations – Where Thread comes to life!
Genene made a gift for her son Adrian. From Genene:
Well, We were able to get the whole thing matted and framed this morning and then wrapped and packaged up so Mark is taking it to the Rhode Island distribution center to give it a jump start on its trip to Adrian I think the black frame and black mat worked out much better than I anticipated. It looks really nice

Suz…
This is a picture of the eagle I made for my Son (School supt.) Hangs in his office.
(Took me “forever” to figure out how to get it off of my phone so I could send it to you)It turned out beautiful and he was so pleased when he opened his BD gift!!
I appreciate all of the help you gave me…..Thank you for making it possible
JuDee
Hi Judee – I t looks beautiful. I bet your son just loved it! What a proud picture for him to hang in his office. A symbol of our country and made by his Mom:) Thank you! Suz

Finally got the Betsy Ross Flag stitched and mounted to an embroidery 12” hoop. I am so pleased with the way it turned out.
Now to get it hung on my window. Joan
I love how you have finished this Joan. When you told me you were stitching the Flag for your window I couldn’t picture how you were going to do it. LOL Suz

Well, here it is! I somehow managed to get the very first joining line off just enough to tweet the entire stitch out, but didn’t realize that until the head was put on! I love it anyway and so will my Dad!! I just need to give it a good steam press (using a pressing cloth) and add a small border with hanging tags. Comments today at our quilting group were: is that a fabric panel? How real looking! Beautiful….and of course, Carol – you’re crazy!!!
Maybe I’ll do another one some day when I am not rushed. Thank you for ALL your help and encouragement.
Carol

These thee Eagle Portraits that Jan stitched and framed must be really impressive on the wall!
