Cherie and Variegated Thread
The metallic runs with no problem I set it on floor a tip I heard, and it beautiful so I was excited when I saw it on sale. Any Way I love all your thread . I made a bunch of crosses for my sister in Montana with Your variegated thread. I add a ribbon so it can be used for bookmark.
Here are some I made last night. Some I use the variegated in bobbin and some I just use a dominate color for bobbin and looks just as good. The blue I used a darker blue as bobbin. Cherie
I love the look of the variegated for the FSL (free standing Lace) – great Idea!
Regina’s Gorgeous Grape Bowl
Regina really wanted to stitch out this bowl. But she had troubles right at the beginning. The bowl Center was missing a bunch of stitches. This set was originally done in 2005. All the bowls sold very well back then so I was amazed there was a problem with one of the designs. I don’t think I was a big help at first, but we eventually fingered things out. I reconverted the design to PES and it has worked fine since.
Evelyn’s Lace Day Lily Bowl
It’s spectacular. Stitching the sides of the bowl was a little bit more difficult because of the curve but once that was done it yielded a beautifully-shaped bowl.
Thanks so much for this, Suz.

Lace Bowl and Seed Packet Quilt
Hi, Can you please post these pics for me. This basket was the hardest one I have ever done and as you know I have done a few, why I don’t know.
Also the quilt I finished last night. love the way you seed packs came out. They look real. I will be doing one with the vegie packs and maybe I will use this pattern if I can find some vegie fabric.
Thanks for posting for me.

How best to dry Free Standing Lace
“Hi Suz,
Attached is a pic of how I do flat FSL. This is the plastic that we use for needlepoint. I cut it to the size that I may need, put the embroidery in it and clip it down. I can rinse and hang it to dry without ever touching the lace till it is dry. Find out that nothing ever stretches this way.
Thought you might be interested.
