The name of my wallhanging is ” THE PERFECT TREE”
My inspiration was a picture I painted almost 40 yrs ago when I was learning and deciding which arts and crafts were my favorites.
I used a bamboo batting as the base to add my apppliques. every thing started with layers of cottons. then I added laces and organzas and tulles for shine and glitz. The snow on the mountains and the trees are snippets in tulle, free motioned until the pieces no longer move and it makes a new fabric. The snow is poly batting. The only designs I used were the different parts of the the large Christmas tree and the freebie that came with the large tree Michelle
